HOTEL DANIA'S (HORESTA) CANCELLATION TERMS,

valid unless otherwise stated in your confirmation

Conferences, courses, meetings, party arrangements, rooms during exhibition periods as well as room reservations for 9 persons and more:

Until 3 months before : no charge
Between 30 and 90 days before : 50% of the confirmed price
Between 1 and 29 days before : 75% of the confirmed price
Less than 24 hrs before : 100% of the confirmed price
Number of rooms can be reduced until 24 hrs before start of arrangement, however, by max. 10%.

In case the arrangement has not been finally agreed upon and therefore a confirmed price not stated, the basis of the calculation will be the least expensive price within the segment.


Room reservations for 1 - 9 persons:

The room can be cancelled on date of arrival before 14:00 hrs / 2 p.m.
In case of cancellation later than 14:00 hrs / 2 p.m. the reservation will be considered a "no-show" and the confirmed price will make up the charge.
